Ingredients (makes 3–4 wraps)
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise or cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)
- 3–4 tortillas (flour works best)
Instructions
- Make filling
In a bowl, mix chicken, cheese, mayo/cream cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Assemble wraps
Spoon filling into the center of each tortilla. Fold sides in, then roll tightly like a burrito.
- Brush for crispiness
Lightly brush the outside of each wrap with melted butter (or a bit of oil).
- Preheat air fryer
180°C (350°F) for 3–4 minutes.
- Air fry
Place wraps seam-side down. Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Rest & serve
Let cool 2–3 minutes so cheese sets slightly, then slice and serve.
Tips for Perfect Wraps
- Don’t overfill—they’ll burst open.
- Place seam-side down first so they seal naturally.
- If your tortillas are stiff, warm them slightly before rolling.
- For extra crunch, spray lightly with oil before air frying.
